# Schuljahre (Übersicht)

Bevor Sie mit der Einrichtung Ihres neuen Klassenbuchs beginnen, ist es entscheidend, dass Sie ein Schuljahr definieren und aktivieren. Gehen Sie dazu wie folgt vor:

1. Öffnen Sie my.mnspro.cloud in Ihrem Webbrowser.
2. Klicken Sie auf Einstellungen (siehe Abbildung 1).
3. Je nach Ihrem Endgerät finden Sie die Einstellungen in der Navigationsleiste auf der linken Seite Ihres Bildschirms unter Mehr.

Unter der Registerkarte Einstellungen finden Sie die Option Organisation. Klicken Sie darauf, um zur Registerkarte Schuljahre zu gelangen (siehe Abbildung 2).

In Ihrer Ansicht **Schuljahre** wird zu Beginn alles leer sein. Es ist jedoch von entscheidender Bedeutung, dass Sie ein Schuljahr definieren und aktivieren, bevor Sie Einstellungen im Klassenbuch vornehmen. Andernfalls werden Ihre Einstellungen nicht übernommen.

Sie können erkennen, welches Schuljahr aktiviert ist, indem Sie die Farbcodierung beachten: Ein <mark style="color:green;">**grüne**</mark>r Kreis zeigt an, dass das Schuljahr aktiviert ist, während ein <mark style="color:red;">**roter**</mark> Kreis darauf hinweist, dass das Schuljahr deaktiviert ist.

Um ein Schuljahr zu aktivieren, klicken Sie auf das Symbol links neben dem **Stift-Icon.** Mit dem Stift-Icon können Sie die Bezeichnung und den Zeitraum des Schuljahres nachträglich bearbeiten. Über das **Mülleimer-Symbol** können Sie das Schuljahr vollständig löschen.
