# Schuljahre

In Ihrer Ansicht **Schuljahre** wird zu Beginn alles leer sein. Es ist jedoch von entscheidender Bedeutung, dass Sie ein Schuljahr definieren und aktivieren.

Sie können erkennen, welches Schuljahr aktiviert ist, indem Sie die Farbcodierung beachten: Ein <mark style="color:green;">**grüne**</mark>r Kreis zeigt an, dass das Schuljahr aktiviert ist, während ein <mark style="color:red;">**roter**</mark> Kreis darauf hinweist, dass das Schuljahr deaktiviert ist.

Um ein Schuljahr zu aktivieren, klicken Sie auf das Symbol links neben dem **Stift-Icon.** Mit dem Stift-Icon können Sie die Bezeichnung und den Zeitraum des Schuljahres nachträglich bearbeiten.&#x20;

Über das **Mülleimer-Symbol** können Sie das Schuljahr vollständig löschen.
