# Abwesenheit bearbeiten
Wenn Sie weitere Informationen zu einem Schüler wünschen oder einen dokumentierten Abwesenheitsgrund bearbeiten möchten, klicken Sie einfach auf den entsprechenden Schüler. Dadurch öffnet sich ein neues Fenster, das erweiterte Informationen anzeigt. Dazu gehören die Gesamtanzahl der Fehlstunden, der Teilfehlstunden und der Fehlminuten (Abb. 32).

Welche Abwesenheitsgründe statistisch berücksichtigt werden und in dieser Ansicht angezeigt werden sollen, legen die Administratoren Ihrer Einrichtung fest.

In der individuellen Ansicht haben Sie auch die Möglichkeit, die Abwesenheit eines Schülers oder einer Schülerin zu planen. Das ist besonders nützlich, wenn zum Beispiel ein längerer Auslandsaufenthalt ansteht oder eine längere krankheitsbedingte Abwesenheit zu erwarten ist. Der Vorteil dabei ist, dass diese geplante Abwesenheit sofort in allen Klassenbüchern der Kurse, in denen der betreffende Schüler eingetragen ist, angezeigt wird.
