# Abwesenheiten eintragen
Um eine geplante Abwesenheit anzulegen, klicken Sie einfach auf den Button "Neue Absenz". In der daraufhin geöffneten Eingabemaske füllen Sie alle relevanten Felder aus und speichern dann Ihre Eingaben ab. Dadurch wird die Abwesenheit in allen relevanten Klassenbüchern angezeigt, und die Lehrkräfte werden sofort informiert, dass der Schule eine Abwesenheit eines Schülers oder einer Schülerin bekannt ist (Abb. 33).
