# Übersicht

Unter dem Punkt **Absenzen** gelangen Sie zu einer Übersicht aller Schülerinnen und Schüler Ihrer Einrichtung. Dabei wird Ihnen direkt tagesaktuell angezeigt, welche Schüler fehlen und welche anwesend sind. Dabei erfolgt die Synchronisation in Echtzeit mit den Eintragungen der Lehrkräfte im Unterricht.

Dabei hilft Ihnen eine Farbcodierung eine bessere Übersicht zu haben, wobei ein <mark style="color:red;">**roter**</mark> Kreis anzeigt, dass ein betreffender Schüler der kompletten Tag fehlt, ein <mark style="color:yellow;">**gelber**</mark>, dass dieser nur Teile des Unterrichts gefehlt hat, ein <mark style="color:green;">**grüner**</mark>, dass die Person anwesend war und ein grauer, dass noch keine Anwesenheitsüberprüfung stattgefunden hat (Abb. 30).

Darüber hinaus bietet die Abwesenheitsfunktion die Möglichkeit zu filtern, ob nur Schülerinnen und Schüler mit bestimmten Abwesenheitsgründen angezeigt werden sollen (Abb. 31).
