# Ein Dokument öffnen

**Um ein Dokument zu bearbeiten, wählen Sie das zu bearbeitende Dokument mit einem Mausklick auf den Dokumentennamen aus. Anschließend wird das Dokument im Browser geöffnet. Handelt es sich um ein Office Dokument (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote) kann diese im Browser bearbeitet werden und alle Änderungen werden automatisch gespeichert! Handelt es sich um einen anderen Dateityp so wird dieser im Browser zur Ansicht geöffnet allerdings besteht hier nicht die Möglichkeit das Dokument zu bearbeiten!**

Ihre Änderungen werden automatisch gespeichert. Wenn Sie das Dokument lokal bearbeiten wollen, nutzen Sie die Schaltfläche wie im Beispiel „In Word bearbeiten“. (s. Abb. 52) Jetzt wird eine Kopie heruntergeladen und kann lokal bearbeitet und gespeichert werden!
