Wenn man mit den Kolleginnen und Kollegen eine Diskussion oder eine Absprache halten möchte, kann man diese über den Chatverlauf starten. (s. Abb. 73)

Um einen Chat zu starten, gibt man im Chatverlauf eine Nachricht ein und bestätigt die Eingabe durch Klicken auf den Pfeil nach rechts. Jetzt wird die Nachricht mit Verfasser im Verlauf angezeigt.
