# Ein Dokument öffnen

Um ein Dokument zu bearbeiten, wählen Sie das zu bearbeitende Dokument mit einem Mausklick auf den Dokumentennamen aus. Anschließend wird das Dokument im Browser geöffnet! Handelt es sich dabei um eine Office Datei (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote usw.) so können Sie diese direkt im Browser bearbeiten. Bilddateien oder auch .pdf Dateien werden zur Ansicht im Browser geöffnet eine Bearbeitung ist allerdings nicht möglich.

Jetzt haben Sie die Möglichkeit das Dokument im Webbrowser zu bearbeiten! Ihre Änderungen werden automatisch gespeichert. Wenn Sie das Dokument lokal bearbeiten wollen, nutzen Sie die Schaltfläche wie im Beispiel „In Word bearbeiten“. (s. Abb. 24) Es wird eine Kopie heruntergeladen und kann lokal bearbeitet und gespeichert werden!
