# Zeitraum auswählen

Nach dem Schuljahreswechsel wird das alte Schuljahr in MNSpro Cloud archiviert! Das bedeutet, dass sowohl Lehrer als auch Schüler das alte Schuljahr auswählen können, um sich Inhalte im Kursnotizbuch oder auch in der Dateiablage anzuschauen. Um das alte Schuljahr auszuwählen, klicken Sie oberhalb der aktiven Kurse im Kurszeitraum auf den Pfeil und wählen ein altes Schuljahr aus. (siehe Abbildung 33.1). Wenn Sie sich von der Cloud abmelden, ist immer in der Ansicht das aktive Schuljahr zu sehen. Beachten Sie bitte das Sie nur solange Zugriff auf die archivierten Daten haben solange der Administrator die Gruppen nicht löscht.
