# Apps werden nicht installiert / unzureichende App-Lizenzen

Gibt es Probleme bei der Installation von zugewiesenen iOS-Apps, so sind in vielen Fällen die erworbenen Lizenzen im Apple School Manager (ASM) aufgebraucht und müssen erhöht werden.\
Auch kostenlose Apps müssen über den ASM in ausreichender Anzahl lizenziert werden, damit diese automatisch installiert werden können.\
Um einen Überblick über die nicht mehr ausreichend lizenzierten Apps zu erhalten, wählen Sie im ASM die Kategorie "Apps und Bücher" aus und filtern dann die Apps nach "Verfügbare Lizenzen":

Nach dem Sie alle benötigten Apps ausreichend (nach-)lizenziert haben, können sie über die Softwareverteilung von portal.mnspro.cloud die Synchronisation zum ASM anstoßen, ansonsten wird dieser einmal täglich automatisch synchronisiert.

Nach der Synchronisation werden die zugewiesenen Apps nachinstalliert.
