# iOS Mail App

Für in iOS eingebundene Azure AD Konten ist es einfach das Problem zu beheben. Es muss iOS 12 oder höher sein.

2. **Hier wird das Mail Konto gelistet sein. Öffne Sie den Eintrag und entfernen Sie das Konto. Sofern Sie nichts lokal gespeichert haben, können Sie dieses Konto bedenkenlos löschen.** 
3. **Fügen Sie nun ein neues Konto hinzu und wählen als Kontotyp: Exchange.**\

4. **Ergänzen Sie die Angaben über Mailadresse und Bezeichnung für das Konto.**\

5. **Im nächsten Schritt wird Sie iOS fragen ob Sie die Konfiguration automatisch oder manuell durchführen möchten. Wählen Sie Anmelden für die automatische Konfiguration.**
