Dazu gehst du auf die Einstellungen und steuerst hier den Punkt **Organisation** und anschließend **Schuljahre** an.

Anlegen eines neuen Schuljahres In dem sich nun öffnenden Fenster, gibst du dem Schuljahr einen Namen und definierst den Zeitraum. Über den Button **Hinzufügen**, wird das Schuljahr erstellt.

Nachdem du auch **Hinzufügen** geklickt hast, erscheint das neue Schuljahr in der Übersicht.

Um das neue Schuljahr zu aktivieren, klickst du auf das Icon links vom Stift. Für eine nachträgliche Bearbeitung des Schuljahres, kannst du den Stift nutzen.

Übersicht des aktiven Schuljahres wird durch den grünen Punkt angezeigt Wenn du zwischen den Schuljahren wechseln möchtest, kannst du dies durch das Klicken auch das Icon links von dem Stift machen. Solltest du Änderungen an den Zeiträumen vornehmen. Bedankte immer, dass du durch Änderungen im Klassenbuch keine Archivierung der Kurse anstößt.
