# Werkzeugrechte

Das Modul *Cloud-Gruppen* bringt **zwei neue Werkzeugrechte** mit.

| Recht                    | Bedeutung                                                                                           |
| ------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
| **Modul starten**        | Darf das Cloud-Gruppen-Modul öffnen sowie Kurse und Gruppen verwalten.                              |
| **Schuljahre verwalten** | Darf Schuljahre anlegen und aktivieren. Steuert zugleich die Sichtbarkeit des Reiters *Schuljahre*. |

## Einmalige automatische Zuteilung nach dem Update

Beim **ersten Start nach dem Update** werden diese Rechte **einmalig automatisch** vergeben – damit niemand, der bisher zuständig war, plötzlich ausgesperrt ist. Die Zuteilung leitet sich aus den bereits vorhandenen Rechten ab:

* **„Modul starten“ (Cloud-Gruppen)** erhalten alle, die bisher das Modul *Arbeitsgruppen* starten durften.
* **„Schuljahre verwalten“** erhalten alle, die bisher das Modul *MNSpro Cloud* (Cloud-Administration) starten durften.

Die automatische Zuteilung erfolgt **genau einmal** (nur beim ersten Start nach dem Update) und nur, wenn das **MNSpro-Cloud-Feature aktiv** ist. Danach bleiben die Rechte administrativ verwaltet – spätere Starts vergeben nichts erneut und überschreiben keine manuellen Anpassungen. Weitere Änderungen erfolgen wie gewohnt über das Modul *Werkzeugrechte*.
