# Einstellungen
### Importzeitraum
Das Feature ermöglicht es der Schulleitung, den einsehbaren Zeitraum für Stundenpläne von Lehrkräften und Schüler:innen gezielt zu steuern. Hierzu kann im Administrationsbereich festgelegt werden, wie weit in die Zukunft Stundenplandaten importiert und angezeigt werden sollen. Die Konfiguration erfolgt wochenweise. Beispielsweise bedeutet eine Einstellung von „1 Woche“, dass sowohl die laufende als auch die folgende Woche sichtbar sind.
### Ausblenden von UNTIS Absenzen-Gründe
UNTIS Absenzen werden im MNSpro Stundenplan als Veranstaltungen angezeigt. Zur Wahrung des Datenschutzes sensibler personenbezogener Informationen wurde in den Einstellungen des Stundenplan-Modul s eine neue Funktion implementiert, mit der bestimmte Absenzen-Gründe gezielt ausgeblendet werden können. Die Schulen haben die Möglichkeit, frei definierbare Filterbegriffe zu hinterlegen, um bestimmte Absenzen-Gründe – etwa „Krank mit Attest“ oder „Private Gründe“ – automatisch zu anonymisieren, bevor sie im digitalen Stundenplan angezeigt werden.

Dabei wird links unter Absenzengrund der auszublendende Begriff eingegeben und rechts der Text, der stattdessen angezeigt werden soll.

Im MNSpro Stundenplan wird dann für jeden Absenzgrund, der mit dem links eingegebenen Text beginnt, der Text auf der rechten Seite angezeigt. So können zum Beispiel die Absenzengründe “Krank (mit Attest)”, “Krank (ohne Attest)”, etc. mit nur einem Eintrag von “Krank” ausgeblendet werden.
